Shipping Policy

We will offer shipping to all Emirates within the UAE through noon.com, amazon.ae, uae.sharafdg.com after our official launch date. As well the product will be available on our website here.

Shipping Costs:

Depending on the platform you bought it on. However, if you buy it through our website here, it will be a minimal charge between 15 aed to 50 aed.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on a business day are usually processed on the same day, subject to stock availability and verification.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days to most locations within the UAE. However, we will have stocks with the above-mentioned partners so the delivery time will be subjected from them.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Berljtech will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please ensure that the name of the recipient, building number, street name, city, and contact number are accurate.

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a notification with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect your order from a designated location. Unless, you have instructed to leave at the door.
If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our team within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages).
Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

You may be eligible to return any of our device under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents caused by the customer.
Products with missing accessories or packaging.
Software or digital downloads, if applicable.
If 24 hours have lapsed without any prior notification from your end.
